Implementation & Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team in a long-term, remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email communications, handling data-related tasks, performing administrative duties, and participating in calls or meetings when necessary. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.

8:00 AM – 7:00 AM EST, Monday to Friday

Compensation

CAD $5.00 to $7.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and organize contact lists using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Set up and manage contact databases (sorting, tagging, segmenting)
  • Customize client-facing visual messages using provided brand elements
  • Apply client logos, taglines, and personalized content to pre-designed templates
  • Assist with social media tasks such as image sourcing, post scheduling, and captions
  • Provide written updates to team members and occasionally to clients
  • Join Zoom or phone calls when needed (not high volume)
  • Follow clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver quality work to keep projects moving

Required Qualifications:

Contact Management

  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Experience cleaning, tagging, and segmenting data
  • Familiarity with CRM-style platforms or willingness to learn


Visual Content Customization

  • Experience with Canva or similar drag-and-drop design platforms
  • Good eye for spacing, alignment, and clean layout execution
  • Ability to personalize visual content using brand assets and messaging cues
  • Clear written communication for client-facing personalization

Required Qualifications:

Social Media Support

  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn
  • Able to write simple, brand-aligned captions and source visuals
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar schedulers


Workflow & Communication

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable with occasional Zoom meetings or client communication
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Self-directed with a love for checklists and quality control
