We're looking for a Social Media Manager

As Social Media Manager, you’ll manage content for multiple client accounts, each with its own voice and goals. This role is a great fit if you're organized, adaptable, and confident in creating high-quality social content across industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Create or edit scripts and edit short-form & long-form videos and reels
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for multiple voices
  • Manage hashtag research, post optimization, and scheduling
  • Brainstorm content ideas with strategist + design team
  • Take full ownership of deliverables and timelines
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and apply best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams

What You Need:

  • 1+ year experience managing content for social media (agency/multi-brand preferred)
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, and Later
  • Excellent with time management, especially when handling multiple clients
  • Must be able to work during EST hours, 35-40hours/week
ASSESSMENT

Instruction:

  1. Create a short-form video or reel that showcases what a real estate brand or agent does for their clients. This could highlight the buying/selling journey, lifestyle benefits, or the value of expert guidance.
  2. Then, rewrite this caption to fit your video: “We don’t just sell homes—we guide growth.”

Tech & Equipment Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Quality headset and webcam
  • Dual monitors highly preferred for multitasking efficiency
  • Your own laptop/PC capable of handling content creation software (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
